Returns

At Urban Angelic we aim to give an immaculate service. We are therefore happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

How to return or exchange

1.) Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact.

2.) Please use our standard returns form listing the item you are returning, the reason you are returning it and what you would like in exchange or refund. Please include a copy of the receipt and order number.

3.) We strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

4.) Goods are returned to Urban Angelic at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.

5.) Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt/order number and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.

Terms and Conditions on Returns
Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Urban Angelic will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to Urban Angelic in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
